Taste the flavors of the Veneto at Agriturismo Le Manciane
We are all looking for genuine and true flavors, now so rare to find in everyday life. At our Agriturismo Le Manciane you have the guarantee of km0 products, with fruits and vegetables grown directly on the lagoon lands of Lio Piccolo, fresh catch of the day, free-range chickens and ducks, and the guarantee of Goldino and Fiorella’s cuisine.
Our cuisine is typically traditional and varies with the seasons. You will be able to enjoy “moeche,” stewed cuttlefish with Venetian artichokes, “mazaneta” coral with white polenta, fillet in ” saor,” as well as the dishes we offer year-round such as pasta with fish sauce, mixed fried fish, sea bream, sea bass, eel (upon request) and much more.
Our dishes are made using seasonal vegetables, fish from our own aquaculture, homemade pasta and desserts. Some typical dishes from our kitchen:
– Sea bass fillet or sea bream in saor appetizers
– Mixed fried lagoon fish and cuttlefish stew
– First courses of gnocchetti with masaneta sauce
– Pasta with fish sauce
– Second courses with Sea Bream Sea Bass or Grilled Eel
– Moeche and fried vegetables
We also offer meat dishes and free-range germane chicken in our farm.

The original fried moeche and masanete coral
The waters of Lio Piccolo are full of life: we find not only bream, sea bass and eel but, in the right seasons, it is easy to have an abundance of crustaceans and mollusks.
At our agritourism in Cavallino Treporti you can enjoy not only fried moeche, but also masanete coral as a special topping on gnocchetti or tagliolini made by us.
Handmade noodles and dumplings
Our firsts are made with the same love we put into running our farm. We use only local grains and eggs from our own hens to make our homemade noodles.
The gnocchetti follow the same principle: we prepare everything the same day so that each dish is fresh and perfect to enhance the taste of the right seasoning.
Vegan? No problem
We pay extreme attention to the dietary needs of our customers, and we know that we can also offer vegetables and products of the highest quality for alternative dishes: we prepare special vegetarian and vegan dishes by reservation, and we are ready to accommodate any special needs.

Lio Piccolo is a Protected Area of Veneto territory and requires limited access at certain times of the year. Reservations are required on holidays and pre-holidays, and strongly recommended the rest of the week.
